By accessing or using the Site in any way — including browsing, searching for a bill, or reading our guides — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.

1. About This Service

LESCO-Online is a free, independent, privately operated informational tool that helps electricity consumers of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) quickly reach the official duplicate bill lookup service. When you submit a Reference Number or Customer/Consumer ID on this Site, we redirect you to the official PITC (Pakistan Information Technology Company) billing platform, where your duplicate bill is generated and displayed directly by that official system. We do not fetch, retrieve, process, or display bill data ourselves at any point.

We are not LESCO, PITC, NEPRA, WAPDA, or any government entity of Pakistan, and nothing on this Site should be interpreted as an official communication from any such entity. We do not issue, generate, alter, host, or guarantee the accuracy of official bills — we simply provide a convenient redirect to the platform that does.

2. Eligibility and Acceptable Use

By using the Site, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree that you will:

  • Use the Site only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes;
  • Only submit reference numbers or consumer IDs you are authorized to access (e.g., your own account or one you have permission to view);
  • Not use any automated system, bot, scraper, or script to access the Site or to trigger redirects to the official billing platform in bulk;
  • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or the underlying PITC billing platform;

3. No Payment Processing

This Site does not process, collect, store, or facilitate any bill payments, and we never ask for your bank account details, card numbers, or mobile wallet PINs. Any references on this Site to payment channels (such as bank apps, online banking, JazzCash, Easypaisa, ATMs, or bank branches) are provided strictly for general informational purposes. All actual payments must be made directly through your bank, mobile wallet provider, or LESCO’s official payment channels. We accept no responsibility for any transaction you make with a third party.

4. Accuracy of Information

The Site does not generate, host, or display bill data itself — it redirects you to the official PITC billing platform, which generates and displays your bill directly. We have no control over, and make no representations regarding, the accuracy, completeness, or availability of data shown on that platform once you are redirected. Tariff rates, guides, FAQs, and other informational content on the Site are provided for general reference and may not reflect the most current NEPRA-approved rates or LESCO policies. Always confirm critical billing details directly with LESCO or on the official platform itself.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Content

This Site is supported in part by advertising, including ads served through Google AdSense and potentially other third-party advertising networks. These advertisements are the responsibility of the respective advertisers and ad networks, and we do not endorse, guarantee, or take responsibility for the products, services, or claims made in any advertisement displayed on this Site.
