We operate the Site to help consumers of Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO) quickly find and access the official duplicate bill lookup service. The Site does not fetch, retrieve, store, or display your bill data itself — when you submit a Reference Number or Customer/Consumer ID, we redirect you to the official PITC (Pakistan Information Technology Company) billing platform, where your bill is generated and shown directly by that official system.

We do not require account creation, login credentials, your name, home address, national ID (CNIC), email address, or any payment information to use this redirect tool. If you contact us via our Contact Us page or email, we will collect whatever information you voluntarily provide in that message (such as your name and email address) solely to respond to your inquiry.

b) Information Collected Automatically
